Smart project handling

This release enhances project management with new features for importing, approving, merging, and setting specific rules for projects, streamlining how you track time across various tools and platforms.

Import Projects #

Seamlessly import projects from popular tools like Figma, VS Code, JetBrains, Sublime Text, WebStorm, and PyCharm. TimeMaster will now automatically log time spent on these projects during sessions.

Project Approval Workflow #

To reduce confusion and errors from automatically added new projects, newly detected projects will now appear in the project listing page with options to approve or archive them. Approved projects will be actively tracked, while archived projects will not log time unless they are re-approved later from the archived list.

Merge Projects #

For those who work on the same project across different tools (like designing in Figma and coding in VS Code), TimeMaster now allows you to merge these into a single project. This ensures unified time tracking across multiple platforms.

Add Project Rules: #

Enhance your project tracking by defining specific websites associated with your projects. Add these to your project’s tracking rules, and TimeMaster will log time to the project whenever you use these sites, ensuring accurate activity mapping.
